Tethered folks, #DidYouKnow – UPI (Unified Payments Interface) has become the go-to payment method in India.
On that note, sharing a few insights here about UPI,
• UPI is a non-profit initiative by NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India)
• It is highly secured with 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
• It enables real-time money transfers between different bank accounts with only one application
• Due to its popularity, UPI also has a presence in our neighboring countries, Bhutan & NepalQuick Fact – NPCI is also partnering with entities in the USA, Japan, Singapore & Dubai to implement the same.
My question is – What other countries can also be expected to join this digital payment force?
